How does our digital on demand rental service work? You simply locate a nearby vehicle on our APP, book the vehicle in pay your bond and hire fee and unlock the vehicle with your phone. When you are done with the hire you simply return it to where you picked it up from and finish the hire from the APP. No human contact needed. We do however have a 24/7 Roadside assistance in the rare event something goes wrong!

Locate the vehicle you would like to book, this service is currently only in Wellington but will be rolled out around the country in stages.
Use our mobile app to book in the vehicle you want at the day and time you would like for your desired duration. A hold is placed on your card and final payment is taken once the vehicle is returned.
Our mobile app will allow you to unlock the vehicle. Collect it and start your moving mission. The vehicle will have a full tank of fuel in.
Once you have dropped the vehicle off in the correct place with a full tank of fuel (fuel card provided) make sure its locked it up and you have taken photos in the app, the final payment will be calculated and deducted from the funds we have held on your card.
Its very simple and easy to hire an on demand vehicle remotely via our app. You can do this by simply downloading our mobile app which will soon be available on the Google Play store and the Apple App Store. Book, swipe to unlock and complete your mission, then simply return the vehicle with no hassle.
You will be charged a default damage excess of $3000, you have the option to reduce this excess to $500 for an extra $35/hour.
You can extend the hireage of your vehicle via the app (provided the vehicle is available for your desired extension time)
If able, move the vehicle to a safe spot and call NZ Roadside assistance, which is included with the hire. Please note you may be charged for a call out fee depending on the nature of the incident.
The vehicle will have a fuel card in, you are expected to fill up the vehicle with this fuel card before returning, to ensure its full up and ready to go for the next customer.
